Introducing Tower Grille’s Head Chef: Miguel Salazar
Born in Atlixco Pueblo, Mexico, Miguel trained under his father as an expert Butcher, soon after Miguel realized his true calling...which was actually cooking fabulous dishes out of the meats he learned to cut. Miguel moved to the United States in 1996, and has spent the last 12 years creating dishes for and living in Danville. Miguel is married and blessed with 3 lovely children. When asked his favorite dish at the Tower Grille, his true “butcher” roots come out, “of course it is the Tower Steak.”
